Technicpack error downloading file

Forgive my ignorance, but I've tried everything on the copy.com website to get the direct link and everytime i test it with the platform it errors.

I just downloaded a fresh copy of the Tekkit Lite 0.6.5 server files and it works for me. Does a new server.properties get generated if you rename (or delete) it and run the server? hey all, im having a problem with fluiducts from TD and the sewer and composter from minefactory. I made a very simple system. just some fluiducts connecting between the sewer and the composter.

first off, you need to use pastebin for the log file. second, you may need to update something. i'd check the chunk loading program.
