Minecraft downloading world stalled

After starting Minecraft and selecting a world, the game instantly closes itself After downloading the Minecraft.exe file, and launcing it, the game stops watch SethBling's vid on bugs, the shift key sometimes gets stuck, happens to me on

Hi i downloaded the map but spawned at the spawn point and not the Perhaps PaperSpigot loads worlds differently.
